AI Providers and Uploaded Media

A2O LITE AI uses third-party AI infrastructure, including Higgsfield for generation and Fal for automated reference-image safety checks.

Before generation, reference images may be transmitted to Fal for automated real-human-face detection. Images that pass applicable safety checks, together with media, prompts, model parameters, and related generation data, may then be transmitted directly or indirectly to Higgsfield or another disclosed AI provider as necessary to complete the request.

You should not upload content that you do not have the right to process or content containing sensitive personal information unless it is necessary and lawful for your intended use.

Payments

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, including Waffo Pancake.

Payment processors may receive information required to complete a transaction, including buyer email, order identifiers, purchase amount, currency, payment method information, fraud-prevention signals, and refund information.

A2O LITE AI does not store complete payment card numbers on its servers.

Service Providers and Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information.

We may share information with service providers only where reasonably necessary to operate the service, including:

• AI model, generation, and content-safety providers such as Higgsfield and Fal.
• Payment processors such as Waffo Pancake.

After the applicable period, information is deleted or anonymized where reasonably practicable, unless continued retention is legally required.

International Data Transfers

Because our service relies on global infrastructure and third-party providers, your information may be processed in countries other than the country where you live.

Where required by applicable law, we use appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.
