Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using A2O LITE AI ("A2O LITE AI", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These Terms apply to the A2O LITE AI website (a2oliteai.com), account features, one-time credit purchases, and AI-powered video generation features.

Description of Service

A2O LITE AI provides AI-powered tools that turn user-provided photos into short dance videos using fixed stage templates.

Some generation features rely on third-party AI infrastructure, including Higgsfield. Availability, processing time, model behavior, output quality, and safety filtering may depend on those third-party services.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to purchase credits or use paid features.

You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. You must provide accurate account and billing information and promptly notify us of unauthorized access.

User Content and AI Processing

You retain your rights in the media, prompts, reference images, and other content you submit, subject to any third-party rights that may apply.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, transmit, reproduce, and process submitted content only as needed to operate, secure, and provide the service and fulfill your generation requests.

To provide generation features, submitted media, prompts, and generation parameters may be transmitted to third-party AI providers such as Higgsfield and processed under their applicable terms and policies.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights, permissions, and lawful basis necessary to upload and process your content. When a feature allows images depicting people, you must have their consent or another valid legal basis, and must not create deceptive impersonations or unauthorized identity edits. Input restrictions and automated safety checks vary by feature and provider; a request may be rejected if it violates these Terms or the applicable tool's requirements. Upload clear images that you are authorized to use.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations.
• Upload content you do not have permission to use.
• Circumvent safety controls, usage limits, payment controls, or access restrictions.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
• Introduce malware, spam, abusive automation, or other harmful activity.
• Interfere with the security, integrity, or performance of the service.

Content Standards and Prohibited Categories

As a content-generation product that provides text-to-video and other AIGC features, A2O LITE AI prohibits submitting, generating, distributing, or otherwise using content in the following categories:

1. Pornography / NSFW: Explicit sexual content, pornography, or other adult content primarily intended for sexual arousal.
2. Violence / Gore: Extreme violence, graphic gore, cruelty, or content that depicts or promotes real-world harm to others.
3. Hate Speech: Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or incitement of hostility based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
4. Child Sexual Abuse Material / Unsafe Content Involving Minors: Sexual or exploitative content involving minors, or any content that sexualizes minors. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy.
5. Deepfakes / Impersonation: Unauthorized synthetic media that impersonates another person's identity, voice, or likeness, especially when intended to defraud, mislead, manipulate, defame, or cause harm.
6. Copyright / Trademark Infringement: Content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

Creating or distributing unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, malicious, or otherwise harmful content is also prohibited.

Platform Content Moderation

To enforce these content standards and comply with law and third-party AI provider requirements, we may take measures including but not limited to:

• Automated safety filtering and blocking of prompts, uploaded media, and generated outputs.
• Manual review of flagged or reported content.
• Refusal of generation requests, and removal or restriction of related outputs.
• Feature restrictions, account suspension, or account termination.
• Reporting to authorities or partners when required by law or when there is a significant safety risk.

Safety filtering may be performed by third-party services, including automated reference-image checks before generation and safety controls provided by AI infrastructure such as Higgsfield. Generation availability and filtering outcomes may depend on those providers.

User Reporting Channels

If you encounter suspected prohibited content, abuse, or account security issues, please report them by:

• Emailing support@a2oliteai.com
• Using a subject line such as "Abuse Report" or "Content Report"
• Including relevant links, screenshots, order IDs, account email, generation time, and a brief description whenever possible

We will review valid reports within a reasonable time and may block, remove, restrict access, suspend accounts, or take other necessary action. False or abusive reports may themselves result in restrictions.

Credits and One-Time Purchases

A2O LITE AI uses prepaid credits for paid generation features.

Credit packs are one-time purchases. They are not subscriptions and do not automatically renew. The applicable price and number of credits are shown before checkout.

Unless a different expiration period is clearly disclosed at checkout, purchased credits do not automatically expire.

Credits have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be transferred between accounts unless we explicitly support such a feature. Credits may be consumed based on the generation configuration, provider cost, duration, resolution, or other disclosed usage factors.

The server-side pricing and credit calculation used by A2O LITE AI is authoritative. Displayed estimates are informational and may differ from the final credits reserved or charged for a specific generation.

If a generation fails and our billing system determines that a credit reversal applies, the corresponding reserved or consumed credits will be restored to your A2O LITE AI balance.

Payments

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, including Waffo Pancake. We do not store complete payment card numbers on our servers.

You authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the amount displayed at checkout for the selected one-time credit pack.

Taxes, currency conversion, bank fees, or other charges may apply depending on your location and payment method.

Refund Policy

You may request a refund for a one-time credit purchase within 7 calendar days of purchase if none of the credits granted by that purchase have been used.

Once any credits from a purchase have been consumed, that purchase is generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

If a generation fails and our system determines that the generation is eligible for a credit reversal, the associated credits will be restored to your A2O LITE AI balance. A generation failure does not automatically create a cash refund.

To request an eligible cash refund, contact support@a2oliteai.com with the email address used for your account and relevant order information. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where supported by the payment processor.

Intellectual Property

A2O LITE AI, including its software, interface, branding, original site content, and underlying functionality, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except for the limited rights needed to operate the service, these Terms do not transfer ownership of your submitted content to us.

AI-generated outputs may be subject to legal or contractual limitations depending on the underlying model, your input content, and applicable law. You are responsible for evaluating whether and how an output may be used.

Third-Party Services

The service may depend on third-party providers, including payment processors, hosting providers, authentication providers, analytics providers, and AI model providers.

We are not responsible for outages or limitations caused solely by third-party systems outside our reasonable control, but we will take reasonable steps to restore service or correct billing records where appropriate.

Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, misuse the service, or fail to pay amounts properly due.

You may stop using the service at any time. Termination does not create an automatic right to a refund for used credits or completed services. Unused purchased credits are handled under the Refund Policy and applicable law.

Disclaimers

AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You should review outputs before relying on or publishing them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability, specific output quality, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, A2O LITE AI and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when the service, legal requirements, payment model, or third-party dependencies change. Material changes will be communicated through the service, by email where appropriate, or by updating this page.

Governing Requirements

These Terms operate together with mandatory consumer protection, privacy, and other laws that apply to you. Where a mandatory law conflicts with these Terms, the mandatory law controls.
